Our A/C stopped working on us for the first time this June. The house was quickly heating up on a Sunday (of course). Reached out to a couple HVAC companies and Doug was the first to call me. Provided an upfront price that was reasonable for being a weekend, and he was out taking care of the issue within 2 hours. He was very thorough, explained the issue and what the repair was, and had the part on the truck to make things quick and easy. Definitely would recommend him and his company going forward. He always has taken the extra time to explain issues, answer any and all questions, and does great work! I have used other hvac companies in the past and have been lied to and taken advantage off so finding an honest company is a true blessing!
