I’m a repeat customer each and every install started out with great customer service and ended with a beautiful product that not only looks good but will last. The installation team is phenomenal, they were extremely courteous to our home and us as customers. When the job was finished they left the property cleaner than they arrived. Can’t praise that group and this company enough.

I now have a concrete floor in my basement and I love it! It looks gorgeous. I had never heard of a concrete floor in a residential home, but after numerous discussions with Michael at Firm Foundation, a little internet research on concrete flooring and pricing the cost of ceramic tile and porcelain floors, I took my chances with concrete flooring. You guys did a great job! I've come in from the snow and walked on my new floor several times, with a little skepticism. But, needless to say, my worry level of needing to replace my floor has diminished tremendously. Knock on wood!
