We were completely satisfied with the job Fasten-Pro did on our porch roof. They responded promptly to questions and gave a very reasonable estimate that they stuck to. The crew was polite, worked hard all day in the mid-summer heat and cleaned the workspace thoroughly at the end of the day. We love the look that fits well with our 130 year old home. If only the birds would leave it alone.
Fastenpro has now replaced two downspouts for me. They are always quick to respond, professional, and always happy to answer any question or concerns. I highly recommend this company.
Highly reccomend! Great service from beginning to end. Knowledgeable and professional scheduler followed by a phenomenal experience with the technician. Brian M called before he came to let me know when to expect him. He was very down to earth, highly ethical and extremely communicative. He was not trying to sell me something i didnt want or need. He listened to my concerns and goals then presented me with very fair options. Not often you get service this good now days. Thank you guys!
