From the start, theirs was the only quote I got, for a roof done right: soldered pans and chimney flashing, waterproof underlayment, metal valleys, extra attention to starter and rake rows...
I was shocked by some of the shortcuts many of the other reputable roofers wanted to use!
Installation was methodical, not rushed.
Fit and finish is perfection.
And at a fair price.
Very professional the workers treated my house like it was their house cleaned up after roof repair. Checked the whole roof found areas that needed attention before future problems arose.
We were completely satisfied with the job Fasten-Pro did on our porch roof. They responded promptly to questions and gave a very reasonable estimate that they stuck to. The crew was polite, worked hard all day in the mid-summer heat and cleaned the workspace thoroughly at the end of the day. We love the look that fits well with our 130 year old home. If only the birds would leave it alone.
