Original job was great, but we needed some work done on the deck they built. Called and left multiple voice-mails and emails, but have received no response from this company. Maybe they're out of business?

I am very disappointed in this company. Decks Unlimited designed, built and completed a new deck for me in May of 2017. In August of 2018 I discovered significant water damage in my basement. The damage was from flashing not being installed correctly by Decks Unlimited when they tied the new deck into my existing house. The water leak must have been slow but steady and remained hidden over an extended period of time once the new deck was completed. I have had three different contractors tell me that the leak and resulting water damage was a direct result of the flashing not being done correctly.
