Our family is with CDS for more than 15 years. My filling applied fell down within a month. I came to get it checked. Nobody knew the history. I had to struggle to explain they there was no decay. There was a small gap before. They had ground the gap to make it bigger for a filling. The filling did not stay in place. Now I hve a big gap in my molar. I consider it a defect. There was no acknowledgement or empathy/ sympathy. There was NO Decay before that I had heard of.
The assistant was new. She was not familiar with the x-ray machine or the systems. I would be really concerned if she did my crown.

Absolutely terrible service, highly don’t recommend. Front desk have no clue on how to do their job. Never billed my insurance for a cleaning but sent me a bill but told me they sent the claim to insurance and they didn’t cover it, called insurance and they said they never received the claim and gave me access to log in so I could see they never got the claim but front desk claims they did and expect me to pay that bill, sorry you’ll never see a dime from me. They change doctors like you change clothes everyday. All the good hygienists are gone and so are all the great doctors. Highly do not recommend.

Excellent dentist and dental work. But some difficulty in getting a dental hygienist cleaning appointment scheduled in. The practice is very busy!

Used to love this dental office...been going here for about 20 years. However, the past year and a half many changes have occurred and I no longer recommend Cincinnati Dental Services in Landen. Dentists and hygienist have been leaving. Front desk staff lack knowledge and privacy. Hippa violations have occurred on multiple occasions. Messages left for office manager but no return calls or correspondence. The last few times I've been in for routine dental checks and cleaning, my phone number was used in another person's account and voicemails were left for the other person on my phone, my ex husband's ex rays were in my chart, my address had been changed without my permission and it wasn't even my address... I get a different dentist each time because the turn over has been high. It's unfortunate to witness this decline and start shopping for a new dental office.

Have been a patient for years but frustrated that there are so few hygienists that instead of 6 months I have to wait 9 months. If it doesn’t change I will look for a new dentist
