Go elsewhere. This place is not equipped to fully help you when it’s not an er required visit. You’re better off going to the ER and not wasting your co pay.

The attitude and conduct I experienced here were deeply disappointing. The staff particularly the nurse practitioner need serious retraining in patient care. My experience felt very hostile and I will make sure to never come here. Her behavior was very hostile and rude. I originally came here for a DOT exam, and during that visit the nurse practitioner was just straight up rude and her attitude was terrible. Later, when I went to the BMV to obtain my CDL permit, I was told that nothing had been submitted in the system and that I needed the physical paperwork as proof. I drove all the way back to this office to calmly explain the situation. Instead of handling the matter professionally, the nurse practitioner walked in, slammed the paperwork on the counter without a single greeting. I have NEVER experienced this at any other Care facility.

Horrible experience and extremely unprofessional nurse practitioners. I came here with my mom, who speaks English as her fourth language, and the way they treated her was unacceptable. They were rude, disrespectful, and racist the entire time. Instead of politely handing us paperwork, they were practically throwing papers at us. Honestly, some children have better manners than the nurse practitioners working here. No one deserves to be treated this way, especially someone simply trying their best to communicate in another language. If you can’t communicate to patients and clients like a normal person then that should be a wake up call to find another job.
