“I had an amazing massage by Katie today. Her massages are always wonderful, and todays was exceptionally so. Due to stress earlier in the day, I was on edge and jittery when I arrived. Katie used her hands at the beginning to gently hold my head and allow me time to decompress and start to relax. It worked magnificently. Then I asked for a specific, and different, firmness level today, which I don't usually do. Katie adjusted to just the right amount of pressure to give me the exact massage I was hoping for. I asked her to finish the overall massage a few minutes ahead of schedule, and she adjusted her timing just right, and then I asked her to utilize the saved minutes by going over a particular area a second time.
