Yoga Central is a serene yoga center with a beautiful setting. The studio offers a variety of classes, including Gentle and All Levels yoga, each with its own unique style. The classes cater to different needs, with modifications available for those who need them. The center is partnered with The Yoga Place and has a range of experienced teachers, including Rhonda, Laura, and Nicole, who are knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about their craft. They offer classes and workshops, such as Tai Chi and Sound Baths, in a welcoming and supportive environment.
I attended a sound bath and Reiki evening with Goddess Grove hosted by Rabecca and Jess. When the event wrapped I felt the most reset and supported that I've felt in so long. The space was cozy and inviting with all props and blankets provided. The sound bath shared by Rabecca was incredible with so many immersive instruments that took you on such a deep journey. I wish for everyone to experience the presence and care from receiving Reiki from Jess. Looking forward to attending another event at the grove.
I enjoyed the yoga classes offered by Mike at Yoga Place. One hour + class helped me to improve my joint mobility, posture and to regain balance. I highly recommend these classes to all for overall well-being.
The Red Tent Women's Circle with Kristie Leahy and Beth Gatchel was a beautiful experience I will never forget. I live in Cleveland so it was a 1 hour drive but totally worth it. I will plan on making another visit in the near future.
