Place is a joke. Raised price while waiting to get our in car driving. Takes forever to get ahold of anyone. They now don’t pick you up at your house any more unless you live in Lorain. Totally lame. This is fraud. The terrible mouthy woman that answers the phone should be fired as well. Just trash all the way around. No place wants to be simple and do their job and has to figure out ways to charge more and do less. So sad.

Young ladies please do not book your driving class with Imad. He’s rude and condescending. I tried to complain about him but nobody has returned my phone calls. Very unprofessional company

my mom scheduled me for two hours with one of the driving instructors, Imad. he had a girl in the backseat, and made me drive her home. i had let him know before i pulled out of my driveway that i haven’t been on the road, and that i only practiced around the cemetery and at the lorain high parking lot. while i was driving, he had yelled at me multiple times. he would ask me questions, and interrupted me whenever i tried to answer them so from there on, i would just ignore him.
i would be going 34, and he would constantly yell “35, 35, 35,” referring to the speed limit. he told me that “i’m driving like i never practiced before”, and when i reminded...read full review
