“Melissa was amazing. My daughter’s one earring fell out while she slept and closed up. We took her in to get it redone and she was wonderful. My daughter was excited but also pretty scared for the poke. Melissa made the experience very interactive for her. She got to pick her earrings and then Melissa showed her all the tools she would be using. When we left the house my daughter forgot her stuffie but Melissa had one there for her to borrow. She let her even mark spots on the stuffy like Melissa was marking on her. She was so kind, patient and compassionate while doing it? We couldn’t have had a better experience?“
