I did a really big chop, and Lynn was absolutely incredible. I showed her what I wanted, neither her nor the receptionist that got me water asked, "Are you sure?" And it's the best haircut I've ever received!
I had a fantastic experience with Head Quarters Salon and Spa recently. I went there because of a "hair emergency." I received one of the worst haircuts and most traumatic experiences getting a haircut in my entire adult life from a terrible salon in Independence. But my assigned stylist Cindy addressed the error and repaired the damage. She renewed my trust in stylists and hair salons. I will not stray elsewhere going forward. This Aveda Salon is lovely; staff, like Danielle, are super nice and accommodating. Prices are very reasonable.
Got my hair done today by Kaylie. She did an amazing job. She is so talented. She really took her time with me and made sure I was getting the color and cut I wanted. I will definitely be going back to her.
