I had ordered flowers and a balloon for my mother in law a few days in advance. Everything was set up to be delivered on her birthday. On the date of her birthday, I get a call from 1800 Flowers informing me that the florist can not deliver because this address is outside of their location. So I was upset she would not get her flowers on her actual birthday. They gave me the option of next day delivery or a refund. I thought lets do next day. That isn't the end of the world. Here comes the next day, the day after her birthday when they say it would be delivered. I ordered a bouquet from 1800Flowers for my wife as I am traveling internationally. She sent me a photo of the bouquet she received. Unfortunately, the bouquet she received was not at all what I had ordered. I emailed 1800Flowers with my complaint, but I received no response. I will not use them again.
