Scam. Pay the order, got charged and they send to a third party that do not deliver it. Now I will have to dispute the charge on my credit card. And ruined my surprised. Never again!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with 1-800-Flowers. Not only was I never given a delivery time—just a vague “by end of day” window—but the customer service reps were downright rude when I reached out. The scariest part? They weren’t even surprised by my complaint. It was like they were used to hearing the same thing over and over, and they didn’t care. No empathy, no urgency, no help.
When you're sending flowers, it’s usually for a special moment. This company clearly doesn’t understand or care about that. Never again.
Placed an order, and the website changed the recipients name when I put the address in. I chatted with the agent immediately, but was told nothing can be done. Now someone is getting Mother's day flowers with the wrong name. Bad customer support.
