While camping and hiking at Hocking Hills State Park, Dorie, our 13 year old Dorkie, was injured. We contacted Hocking Hills Animal Clinic, in Logan, spoke with Rebecca, explained the situation, and she made an emergency appointment for Dorie. Twenty minutes later, we arrived at the clinic and were seen immediately by Dr. Eiier who attended to the injury. While her injury was not as serious as we first thought the compassion and kindness shown by the clinics staff eased our concerns. Our sincere thanks to these caring people.
HH animal clinic has been taking care of my family's animal members for several years. The intake ladies are always pleasant and kind as are the doctors. We have recently had issues with our two female rottys fighting, which has been heartbreaking for the family. When I went in to ask for advice, The vet came out and spoke with me personally. His bedside manner was very empathetic. He answered all my questions and help me find a solution that did not involve us having to choose which one of our girls to get rid off. The people are all wonderful. Very friendly. They remember who my dog is when I walk in the door. The care is very good. That being said, as with everything else in the world, the prices are disabling. I really struggle with getting my dog the care he needs due to lack of funds. I don't think the prices are higher than anywhere else but the cost is still beyond so many people's incomes. Still, if you need a vet, Hocking Hills animal clinic is a great place to go.
