This is the 3rd time I've used Accurate Air for our 40-year-old furnace/ac unit. Every time they've been here the day I called or at most the next day. The guys who have come out have been very professional and courteous when interacting with me and each other. They have been able to keep our unit going and have not tried to get us to buy a new unit just to make more money. They have thoroughly explained all work being done and why it needed to be done. Accurate Air was prompt and very efficient in diagnosing, repairing and explaining what went faulty in my furnace. From the scheduling to the final repair, Jim, Josh and Allen gave some of the best service possible. Although finding the needed part delayed the process because of the age of my furnace, they did everything in thier power to make the situation have the best outcome. On e the part came in, they scheduled us immediately and were prompt and efficient in making the time as useful as possible. They were honest and courteous in all explanations and all assessments of the needed repair. Highly recommended.
