Was in store grandson had to use bathroom they were cleaning it up front was told he'd have to find another one he can't make it all the way to the back of store so i told (Phil) this Phil tells me to let him go in men's by himself i said no grandson had to go right now i hollered in men's no one answered i let him go in talking to him from door 1 is anyone in there? 2 are you okay ask my grandson called him by name 3 yeah Nana there's a man in here 4 I said we don't talk to strangers just go pee pee The man that was in there came out looking at me like I was crazy 5 can you reach the soap can you turn the water on I have a towel here for you to dry your hands on he came out I helped him pull up his pants all the way dry his hands off I asked the man who was supposed to be cleaning the woman's bathroom what his name was very sarcastically said I'm phill and I'm the only phil here I was so livid I would never ever do this again I called back and spoke to manager Jean voice my concerns and all she said was they have set times they have to use to clean the bathroom I said my grandson is 3 years old he needed to use the bathroom the next time I will have him pee on your floor and deal with the consequences later I cannot believe that you have to clean your bathrooms at the busiest time between 6 and 6:30 that is crazy your store is packed your parking lot is no parking and you decide you need to clean the bathroom right then and there are you serious what is something would happen to my grandchild Call back the next morning at 7 am spoke with manager Shannon she said she would talk to them but there's really nothing she can do nothing happened so in other words we have to wait till someone is hurt by a customer pedophile to a child before they will take action this is ridiculous she told me I could call corporate but corporate would just tell me to call the store so in other words everybody just keeps passing the buck something needs to be done about this There has to be a policy that is an emergency they can let a child use a bathroom or for that matter what if someone comes in and has to throw up would you rather they throw up all over the floor and to try to get to the toilet because you're cleaning the bathroom this does not make any kind of sense your other bathroom is clear across the other side of the store in the back now that one did need attention that's why we did not use that one that's where he should have been cleaning the family bathroom was a freaking pigsty you couldn't even walk in there without getting toilet paper stuck to your foot that's where he should have started in the back not in the front where all the customers are having to use the bathroom before going out of the store

Very disappointed. Shelves are always empty, shelf & signage prices are very different at check out, produce is not fresh anymore, bread is stale or goes moldy within a day, associates are not around or standing together talking & when asking for help get told "it's not my department". This all started when the online shopping-pickup in store became available. Going to shop some place else if things stay the same.

New to town and my first time at this local Walmart... There is what I assume to be a homeless man taking a crap (yes taking a poop) by the bread aisle. I abandoned my cart full of groceries and left. Typical Walmart with oblivious employees and a circus show of aisles/patrons.
