I couldn't be happier with the service provided. Ben kept us informed about what needed to be done and the timeline, always let us know his arrival times, and the entire crew was extremely courteous. Swartz made an unexpected flood at Easter less stressful than it potentially could have been.

A week ago, I was faced with something no homeowner wants to see… The basement of my new build was flooded. Swartz responded quickly, assessed the situation thoroughly, and took before-and-after moisture readings to ensure the basement was dried properly. Before mitigation, the basement was saturated and the wood would have been damaged very quickly if action had not been taken. To my surprise by the end of the process, everything was actually drier than it had been before the flood according to my hygrometer.

Swartz was a great company to work with. They were extremely helpful when we had an our expansion tank bust a hole spraying water every where. They were extremely professional and was always great at communicating with us. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing water removal!
