My cat was stuck in my basement ceiling and I had no clue who to call, after a quick google search I found these guys and they saved the day!! If you ever need any pets/animals rescued from a small space don’t hesitate when choosing these guys. If you can, request Ethan! He is beyond amazing.
The service guys were professional, helpful, and explained everything. They cleaned up after the job and were very personable. They were on the job about three hours. The price seemed high but they explained the cost in advance and accepted a coupon for $100. I was very satisfied with the work.
I’m so happy with my service tech Ethan.. He was great. Took care of the faulty water heater and replaced it with a new one. It was under warranty, so that was a good thing. I highly recommend Ethan for any of your plumbing needs.
