Doug was on time and called about 15 minutes earlier to say that he was on the way. He looked at the issue and went right to work. The only thing he needed was a small bucket that I provided to catch the excess water. He took less than a half of an hour to complete the job successfully and provide me again with a working toilet. I highly recommend this employee and the company Precision Plumbing which I have had the pleasure of hiring in the past. Quality equals satisfaction.
