I have been a customer here since they opened in lima. They are definitely not customer service oriented. I would definitely not recommend going here. They were more concerned about an $18 "late" fee (which was not late, my debit card expired and instead of palm beach notifying me because of course this is not my top priority when my card expired, they kept allowing the rejection fees to pile up.) I did pay the first fee but they were unwilling to wave the other fee. More concerned about $18 than keeping a customer obviously. I paid the fee and canceled my membership and will never return.
