I love Great Clips because I love Kristen. She keeps notes on how to cut my hair and does it right every time. Amy is so sweet and patient with my 80 year old Mom. She can be a handful but Amy finds a way to make her happy. The check in online features are good just wish you could sign in for who you want to be seen by. Salon is always clean and well kept.

I get haircuts here whenever I need one. Ever since Covid they have used an app to set appointments. As long as you use the app it is painless. The haircuts are usually very good and I almost always have a different stylist every time. They have my records in their system, so it only takes a little discussion for the new stylist. Once I'm in the chair, it usually only takes about 15 minutes. I like the place and I will continue to get my haircuts there.Frank
