We invited several deck builders to bid on our project and are very pleased with our selection of the Custom Deck Guys. We recommend you skip the bidding process and hire them sole source as I really don't believe you can beat the price and service. They went above and beyond in the way they managed the project, including the extra mile to ensure our dogs were comfortable in their backyard during the project.

Custom Deck GuysThe long and short is that these guys deserve 5 out of 5—without hesitation.Having started up and creating a construction inspection program for the state of Ohio, I am familiar with construction practices. The deck they built for me is solid and beautiful. I am also aware of labor practices on the site and the crew was on time every day, respectful of me, my property, and my time. They asked several times if I was satisfied and if I had any concerns-a couple of minor issues were corrected immediately. I would put The Custom Deck Guys on the same level as the best deck builders in the country. I have worked in commercial construction for over 20 years, I can not say enough good things about this company. Everything from their customer service to their craftsmanship was unmatched. Unlike most home service companies, I had no issues getting the Custom Deck Guys to answer the phone.The gentleman that showed up for the consultation was prompt and incredibly knowledgeable. It was refreshing to talk with someone that actually knew the answers to my questions, and could provide advice on the different options I could proceed with.
