We recently purchased a new house with very nice decking, but discovered through the home inspection that the frame was in bad shape, making the deck unsafe. We had a composite 12' x 12' deck added to our home. We couldn't be happier with the deck. Zak and his father did an excellent job. Zak was very communicative with what was happening in the process and their work was spectacular. We've already referred Vineyard Construction to a neighbor who saw our deck and told us how beautiful it was. I would recommend them without a doubt. The five stars are well-deserved.
We trusted Vineyard to deliver our vision for a rehab on our three seasons room. It was more than just a deck, it included all new railings, lighting, pillars, a tongue & groove ceiling, floor to ceiling screens, and a dry bar with a refrigerator and cabinets. We were lucky to be assigned Steven Brown as our project leader, with his colleague, Colton Holdren. This team worked tirelessly, rain or shine, and did not cut any corners.
