From the time we contacted Vineyard to the time they finished up our deck replacement, we experienced nothing but top-notch service. We were so impressed with Troy and Ryan when they came out in January for the initial estimate - clean, professional, courteous, and very thorough. They told us that they'd be able to start in early June, so we were over the top excited when we got word they could actually do the job in April! During the work, the guys continually kept us updated, asking questions and having us review the work in progress to make sure it was to our standards, and it definitely was and is! It was very obvious that they take pride in their work and wanted to make sure we felt the same.
The full project took a little over a week from demo to completion. There was a little hiccup regarding the completion of the hand rail for the stairs, but they were on top of it without question. I will definitely recommend Vineyard Construction for anyone looking for a new or replacement deck.
Thanks for a job well done guys!!
About Vineyard Construction Company LLC
Vineyard Construction Company LLC is a business that handles various outdoor living projects, from decks and screen rooms to outdoor lighting and kitchens. They serve customers in a region spanning from northern Kentucky to Dayton, Ohio.
One customer had a less than satisfactory experience with communication, mentioning issues with unreturned phone calls and voicemails. However, after a phone call from Troy, the customer decided to give them 4 stars and expressed anticipation for a beautiful outdoor area.
Another customer hired them to refinish their deck with composite material. The project was more complex than a simple redecking, requiring the construction of new stringers. Initially, there were a few areas where the customer was not satisfied with the result, but the company rectified the issues, leading to overall satisfaction.
A third customer highly recommends Vineyard Construction, particularly if Steven and his team handle the installation. They are praised for their organization and hard work, with the customer noting Steven's extensive knowledge of decking.
Reviews
Vineyard transformed our back deck into a fantastic screened-in porch, and we are so pleased with the space and our expanded, enhanced outdoor living! Applause and many thanks to Troy, Ryan, Chance and the building crew (PB, Johnny, Steven and Colton). The quality of their work is outstanding. And everyone--from start to finish--was helpful and great to work with.
From the beginning consultation to end of installation, our experience with Vineyard Construction was excellent!
We had to wait for our turn in line, but their salesmanship, honesty, and communication were superb. We were given a honest and competitive price, and we were able to negotiate an agreed budget!
We’d like to give a very special thank you to Ryan for being a great manager. When we had questions he answered them quickly, and when small issues popped up he was there to solve them efficiently.
