“Crew Physical Therapy & Caitlin, are the best!! I cant say enough good things about this place. (I’ve been to a few in my lifetime). Three years ago I was diagnosed with a Osteochondral Lesion…it’s a condition where both the cartilage and underlying bone were severely damaged in my Talus, a critical weight bearing bone in your foot. Every step hurt and at times the pain was so bad I didn’t want to walk. I had a micro fracture procedure to repair the damage. Knee Scooter, crutches, shower chair & no driving lasted a couple months. My daughter in law recommended I do PT with Crew Physical Therapy, & I’m so glad I went that May. Caitlin asked many questions & what my end goal was…I wanted to walk the 5k at Columbus Children’s Hospital in Oct. I was never treated like a number, the staff makes you feel like your family. Dr. Caitlin is so personable & has so much empathy towards her patients. Caitlin did hands on & dry needling to my low leg & foot. When she gave me the exercises weekly to strengthen my leg & get more mobility out of my foot she would do the workout with me so I learned them correctly, explained why I needed it & how it will help me. She always cheered for the smallest exercise wins when we did a recap weekly. That Oct. I walked the 5k and finished with tears knowing I did it & all the love I received from Crew got me to my goal. Last week was my third 5k in Columbus with my best time. I owe walking again to Dr. Caitlin and Crew Physical Therapy.“

“To start off, I couldn’t possibly leave a review that shows how amazing this place is. I have had degenerative discs, sciatica, stenosis etc since I was 18. I’m 26 and have been to 7 different locations now and had epidurals and everything but surgery. My back makes me feel terrible and gives me health anxiety making me weak because I have been scared to do anything. I heard of them through a family friend and had no hope due to the other ones I’ve tried. When I was going here Bobby talked everything through with me, gave me every appointment up to or over an hour, direct care and constantly checking on me, they never passed me to other therapists, and overall made sure to see the job through. He did manual massages because I was afraid to get on the tension machine, they had problems with my insurance and helped me through the whole treatment. At one point they even gave me free appointments to help me out. I wish my insurance would keep me at this place. You will not regret coming here because this place is a family and they actually lookout for you. Amazing people, amazing family, amazing profession, and an amazing opportunity to get better and gain some confidence back. Health is wealth and this place is a great investment of your time.“

“Had a wonderful experience regarding the spinal decompression treatments at Ohio Pain & Rehab. Went to see Dr. Chris and was diagnoses with a bulging disc. Prior to meeting with him, I had tried physical therapy, stretching with little to no pain relief. Started the spinal decompression treatments and by the end of the cycle I am pain free. I have not had any recurring pain whatsoever. Couldn't be happier with the result. I can finally sleep through the entire night without my back hurting.“

“Jean has been my physical therapist for a couple of months and I wish I had been given a referral to her a year ago. I have a vestibular issue that causes dizziness and migraine regularly. In just two months of therapy on my cervical spine and VRT, I'm so much better. Before being treated by her, my average day to day was 50%. I'm easily 80% now. I have more days now where I feel great than I have in a long, long time. I've even had more than a week straight where I felt good. It's phenomenal.I think her strategies go against the grain and probably don't follow standard protocols, but it works. And it works better than VRT I was in a year ago with a different provider. The right physical therapist makes a huge difference. Jean is the right one for my issues.“

“Cannot recommend Laura enough!!!! She helped me IMMENSELY with SI joint pain relief during my second pregnancy. She also identified the root cause of a few long term pelvic floor issues I’ve had and has helped me work through them in preparation for delivery this time. She also walked me through some techniques I can try during my second delivery that I didn’t know about during my first. I plan to go back to her to help with recovery after delivery!“

“3 weeks out from I’m my TKO I went to sports medicine physical therapy and that was horrible! As a result I now have hamstring tendinitis ?
The last few weeks I have been going to Eschman Physical Therapy, LLC and have been receiving graston technique therapy as well as acupuncture therapy and I can’t express how much this has helped me!
It’s unreal!! I’ll go in to my appointment in so much pain and walk out better than I’ve walked in years!
I have gone from 4 pain pills a day to 2 A WEEK and it’s all due to Dr Eschman and his staff!
