I went to Tri-County because of pain in my shoulder whenever I extended the arm, which was resolved within a few weeks, working with Kaitlin. But if then became apparent that I had significant range of motion issues. As recommended, I then went to an orthopaedic doctor, who diagnosed severe arthritis with bone spurs, needing a total shoulder replacement. Brian did a great job of preparing me for the surgery, and facilitating my recovery. Recovery from surgery was generally good, but reestablishing external rotation in that shoulder became unexpectedly very challenging. He was very determined and resourceful, and with some help from Mikki and Stephen, and using multiple approaches, we eventually got the shoulder working. Everyone in this office is very knowledgeable and skilled, and also personable and caring. Even during the most frustrating times, their encouragement made me comfortable with the process. Also, I think the one on one approach makes a big difference. I don’t think I’d have had as good a result elsewhere.

Very caring and professional staff. I like how I receive a full hour of individual 1:1 PT. They got me through a very difficult recovery of spinal cancer w/ lots of support and encouragement!
