I visited for the first time today and loved it. I was super challenged but the workout was tailored to my goals, which was just kick my butt! And they DID! Great trainers and environment! I’ve been in the health and fitness profession for over 20 years and have been all over the place, tried every gym, studio imaginable and they are right up there with the best. Maybe it’s the brand or maybe it’s the trainers, it was awesome and met all my expectations and more!!

I’ve been coming to this gym for several years and I love it! I’ve belonged to other gyms, and this one surpasses them all with some individual attention, and creating a workout tailored to my wants/needs. They take injuries into consideration, and will modify as necessary. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!

I have had a really positive experience with Fit 1o1. The trainers are all very positive and experienced. They have provided me with personalized training plans that are helping me achieve my fitness goals!
