We had an issue on one of the hottest days of the year. Jason was here within 90 minutes of the call, had the issue diagnosed within 2 minutes of arrival, and had it fixed within 5 minutes of diagnosis. Yet another reason we love Better Choice!

Well what a great experience this time Mike came in and did an awesome job he explained everything to me in ways I could understand and pointed out a serious problem and how to correct it gave me some options on how to make things better in my home

I cannot say enough about this company and their employees. Both Mike and Lamont have been very helpful and were quick to take care of our problem. While we were waiting for the equipment to come in, they even dropped off three space heaters to ensure it did not get too cold in the house. Thank you!
