After making my 1st appointment ever to a Little Clinic for 01/03/23 @3pm.I looked at reviews & became a little nervous about how my visit would be.Alyssa greeted me politely, then started getting information & helping me through the steps needed before seeing Ashley the nurse practitioner. Who also greeted me with a smile & politely. She not only asked all the appropriate questions to begin diagnosing my illness, she also listened to my own knowledge & experience of my own personal health history. My husband had cut his foot open and went to another Urgent Care who basically said you’ll survive no stitches between toes after 12 hours etc. Two days later he was in pain and we ended up at The Little Clinic and wow, he received the beat care ever! The Nurse Practitioner, Rikki, couldn’t believe he wasn’t given an antibiotic. She cleaned the cut, prescribed antibiotic cream and pills. She went above and beyond by walking out with us to ensure we bought the proper bandages to use aa we were heading out on vacation to the beach. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone! My son was seen by the Nurse Practitioner Rikki on 9/13/21 and I was amazed with how prompt and thorough she was. My son was so comfortable with her and even said he wished she could be his “normal doctor”. More healthcare providers should be like Rikki.
