I have been here a few different times for various different things, but today I came in for an MRI of my brain and cervical spine, it was the first time I’ve ever had an MRI. My technician was so sweet. I wish I remembered her name, because I just loved her! She was caring, empathetic, and patient, you can just tell she cares. I didn’t know if I had claustrophobia as I’ve never been in that kind of position before, and she was great about making sure I was comfortable, talking me through the whole thing and letting me know how long each picture was going to take. Visiting the emergency room is never fun, but the staff made it so much easier. The nurses were incredibly compassionate and attentive, checking in on me constantly to ensure I was comfortable. Dr. Jones took the time to listen to all my concerns and explain every step of my treatment clearly. I felt like a person, not just a number. Thank you for the outstanding care! I would also like to mention Darshana, the tech, who took me for a CT scan, she was so kind and explained the steps of the scan so thoroughly. Very impressive team. Thank you all!

I visited this location on 04/28/26 for an MRI and the service and experience from start to finish was amazing. The receptionists was very warm and welcoming, the MRI Tech who performed my MRI, was a consummate professional, made me feel calm and welcome and informed me during the entire MRI. If I need additional imaging or care, I will definitely return to this location.
