Usually a 5 star place but disappointing this visit. Took a wool blanket they've cleaned for years but was told they couldn't clean it anymore because of a change in chemicals. Powell Cleaners took it without an issue.
My wife and I flew up to Ohio for her brother‘s wedding and Mimi‘s really helped us with pressing all of our wedding attire with same-day service. We had to drop it off early in the morning but they had it back to us by 6 PM. We couldn’t have asked for better service!
Friendly staff & conveniently located in the Polaris area. I brought 10+ items in to get dry cleaned, including a coat, & it was less than $75. I was disappointed that some of my things were unable to be altered, however.
