Mike did an inspection on our new build and left no stone unturned. He was very through and walked me through the house and showed me any issues. Very good communication both in person and via phone. Mike beats all the local and big name competitors on price, punctuality, and most importantly customer service. I won’t inspect a home moving forward with anyone but Red Raven.

He showed up early, was happy to have me shadow along and ask any questions. His report was very meticulous. He estimated the roof was 12 years old, and sure enough, that's EXACTLY how old it was.
