I just completed a Meru Chikitsa session with my ayurvedic therapist Juan. For quite some time, I had been struggling with Tennis Elbow on my right arm. Everyday activities like turning a doorknob, pressing a soap pump, stirring food while cooking, cutting and washing vegetables, using my mouse, and even typing would trigger pain and discomfort. Juan is absolutely amazing and what he does. He is very helpful and understanding about my situation which is why I keep going back to him. I would recommend anyone who is looking to heal in a more natural holistic ayurvedic way rather than the pharmaceutical way.
