“My son and I have been training here for the last 7 months.Kids Class:-Instructors promote a positive, safe, and fun environment.-My son has made a few friends and is having fun in every class.-The instructors do an outstanding job with teaching the kids jiu-jitsu.-I’ve seen my son’s skill improve over time.Adults Class:- The instructors are very detailed and take the time to answer questions from the students.-Nobody pressures you, learn at your own pace.-There’s a good mix of self-defense jiu-jitsu and discussion of the sport side if you want to compete.-The classes taught here challenge me physically and mentally. It does take a long time to learn but that is the beauty of jiu-jitsu.-The other students in class are welcoming and willing to help you with any questions.“
