Good: Ask for crystal. She only works Sunday. She is the best at this location. Made my day, thank you!Bad: They don’t accept amex and cash over $20. Strictly No exceptions , black lady (manager?) said that I better go next door jimmy johns to get change

The staff at this particular location were just trying to get as many customers through as possible. At least that is how we felt during our visit. The stylist did not speak to my son the entire time that she was cutting his hair, which she cut too short.

Ladies were polite and friendly, dealt with my highly imaginative fidgety son well. My only complaint was with the tech. If there's an hour and a half wait time when I check in to the queue online, I'm not going to be 15 minutes down the road a whole half hour ahead of time. We came in looking scruffy so kudos to the staff for not being judgy.
