The stylists are also praised for treating a customer's son with Down Syndrome exceptionally well, making him feel comfortable and welcome. Additionally, another customer had a positive experience with stylist Angel, who ensured they were on the same page about the desired length and style, and took her time to layer the customer's hair well.
I have nothing but praises for the northpointe location! My hair is long and I am always terrified to get it cut and colored after a bad experience years ago at a different brand of salon. With my heart racing I put my faith into this salon. I do not remember her name but she was very tall and bubbly personality lol. She talked with me and kept my anxiety down and my hair was beyond my expectations! The atmosphere was pleasant and the whole team smiled and laughed. Had the whole fried green tomato vibe 😆
Highly recommend!! I will be back!!

I had March madness coupon I printed from your email and took in but barber lady would not give me the discount. If I printed it off the email ups sent me the code should have been on it. Cost me like 5.00 more. Not happy about that. Actual haircut was good.

All of the stylists treat my son who has Down Syndrome the best!! He loves to go get his haircut at this location and would go everyday if he could. He loves all of them especially Mr. Jim. It was sad to hear he transferred to another store and my son soon got over it as the stylist there all treat him so well. Thank you for all that you do for him!
