I cannot say enough great things about Jake Powell. I work with him on numerous events weekly, and every single time he has been incredibly reliable and responsive. Whenever I run into an issue or realize I have missed something, Jake answers right away and takes immediate action to make sure everything is handled. He is consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely easy to work with. During setup for our annual fundraiser, we discovered we had forgotten to order a few key items. I reached out to Jake, and within minutes, he had everything under control, arranging delivery and completely putting my mind at ease. Jake is fast, dependable, and always on top of things. If you have any rental needs, I highly recommend reaching out to him, he will make sure you are taken care of. He truly is the BEST!

JAKE IS AN ALL STAR! Incredible cusotmer serivce focused and such a nice genuine guy.

I highly recommended GYC. Such a friendly, communicative, and super helpful company. We needed tables and chairs with less than a weeks notice and Got Ya Covered delivered. Extremely fast engagement, super positive and transparent communications, sound recommendations on options, and extremely accommodating on pickup and delivery times.

I WILL use this company again for all future rental needs. Thank you Jake!

We have used GYC in the past (years ago) and to say Emily was hard to work with is an understatement. But since Jake has taken over, the customer service, timely response and all around understanding of how to go above and beyond from Jake has been stellar! This guy just gets it and clearly enjoys what he does!! Also his knowledge and experience within the whole industry from flowers to catering just provides that extra touch. Thanks GYC team and Jake!!
