The service I received from Basset services was excellent, ed knew what he was doing and made sure all of my questions were answered. He also went out of his way to assure me that when I was ready to go with the project, he would be right there waiting to make sure my family had all we needed to be safe in case of an power outage. Thanks ed and Basset for your help in this particular situation, it’s important to have the right people in your corner, when making an important decisions like a generator to power your home!!

Chris was absolutely fantastic! He was prompt, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about his work. He took the time to explain the problem in detail, offered honest solutions, and completed the repairs efficiently. Not only did he fix the issue perfectly, but he also gave helpful advice to prevent future problems. We had a glass washer (like you see at a bar) that my husband had installed most of but didn’t want to do the connecting water lines part. We just needed a short line (we supplied all hardware) run from the cold water supply line to the actual glass washer. The tech had never hooked one up before but I gave him the directions and figured it’s not complicated plumbing. He was here about an hour. After a 10% discount (because I have an annual maintenance plan) the total was $320. He did a great job. It works like a charm. And there aren’t any leaks. Just thought $320/hour was a little steep.
