The staff was/ have been friendly but overall the communication between the call center, the men who came to inspect our home and the crew who came to clean/set up has been disappointing. There seems to be a gap in communication and has caused some confusion and delays between everyone. Highly suggest the staff double check there notes, ( like who they’re supposed to call/contact ) I was called multiple occasions when it was noted to please reach my husband as I had no part in this process. So with this review, I would say you’re okay to use Orkin, they did their job and apologize for the inconvenience but note the communication needs a lot of work.
This company provides excellent service! Our pest control specialist, Timothy, gave us a great customer experience and was able to provide same day service, which was great because the night before calling, we found a hornets nest the size of a volley ball right outside our front door which was quite unsettling! We will definitely be using Orkin again in the future whenever we're in need of their service.

Jacob was our tech. He took care of a pretty large nest of hornets at my elderly parents house. He called to fill me in on what happened and my parents said he was very polite and nice. These guys have been my go to for all things creepy, crawly and anything that stings. Thanks again!
