Roger Brown came out and installed a new shower valve for my bath remodel. Came on time, we discussed the job at hand. He went to work sweating the copper which I wanted. (don't trust Shark Bites in a wall which a lot of Plumbers are using now)

Called him and expected to get an appointment for sometime next week. Nope…. Needed to fix a sump pump issue and he came out same-day. Probably 2 hours after we spoke!
