She goes above and beyond, even removing a mole spontaneously to help a patient. However, some patients have experienced issues with billing, feeling dismissed or having difficulty reaching the billing department, which can be frustrating. I have been going to this doctor since I was a kid. I have never had any issues with scheduling, reminders, callbacks, scripts, or anything else. The staff has had turnover, but so does everywhere else. This is a small business/ family practice. It's not a giant corporate conglomerate that gets you in and out and treats you like a number. I have never felt like that and always feel listened to and always received excellent health care.
Janna is absolutely incredible. It's not about her making you feel better with prescription medications, it's about her really taking the time to understand you and what you're experiencing. She is very calm and thoughtful with her decisions and I couldn't ask for more. She even took the time to spontaneously remove a mole that was driving me insane. Thank you, Janna!
I love Jana, but do to some personal reasons I could not pay on my bill as soon as they wanted so therefore they “dismissed” me as a patient, with ZERO warning of this.As someone who struggles with Anxiety and relies on medication for my daily life you can imagine it’s been a fun ride, despite being “dismissed” as a patient I have been in contact trying to reach there billing dept and can’t ever get anyone to get this taken care of, how am I supposed to correct this balance if no one call’s me back?I would HIGHLY suggest Jana as she is the only Dr whom has ever genuinely listened to my concerns and addressed them without belittling me.10/10 recommend Jana...read full review
