365 E Main St, Lancaster“When i first came to Dr. Sparks i could not stand up straight let alone walk. I ask him to help relieve the pain a bit so I could work and do things with my wife he told me that he would do everything he could to make that happen. That was in March of 2025 now it's June of 2025 and with a honesty and a sincere hart I am living pain free. It was a hard and painful journey but in the end worth every visit. I will be a lifelong patient. I couldn't repay him and his wonderful staff who are the most patient and helping people i have seen or worked with in the medical field. To the Sparksfamilychiropractic@ family I truly thank you for giving me my life back.“

“I've been coming to Cornerstone Physical Therapy twice a week for just over two months now, and I genuinely love every single thing about this place!
Jason, the physical therapist, is absolutely amazing. He truly gets to the root causes of my issues — peroneal neuropathy on one side and recovery from bimalleolar fracture ORIF surgery on the other side — and tailors everything perfectly to help me progress steadily with each visit.
From the moment you walk in, Clara makes check-in effortless and welcoming. The assistants, MJ and Emily, are fantastic — they give clear, concise instructions for every exercise and provide so much motivational support that keeps me going strong.
I recently read a review complaining about the TV always being on and too much laughter... honestly, there's a small TV, but the volume is never loud enough to distract anyone. I actually appreciate having it on while I'm doing ice/heat therapy or hooked up to the TENS unit — it's a nice little distraction in the best way. And laughter? Bring it on! It makes the environment feel warm and human.
I've been to plenty of other PT clinics, and they all felt cold and clinical — like visiting a doctor's office. Cornerstone is the complete opposite: welcoming, inviting, and genuinely caring. You're greeted right away, asked how your day/week has been, and treated like a person, not just a patient.
I can't recommend Cornerstone highly enough. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat!“
