Cornerstone Physical Therapy

I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis several years ago. I've had foot pain every day since, almost a decade. That is, until a new podiatrist diagnosed me with tendonitis and sent me to Cornerstone PT. I was quite skeptical. After just a few visits my feet started to feel better. After a few months I was nearly pain free. I was discharged several weeks ago and, as long as I keep up with my excercises and stretching, my feet feel great. I AM SO VERY GRATEFUL! Life is so much better without constant pain.

I had a great experience with Cornerstone Physical Therapy in Lancaster. The front desk staff was welcoming and organized. My physical therapist was CJ, and he was phenomenal. He was efficient in figuring out the area(s) to target and thorough in his explanations of exercises and treatment. He definitely employs a patient-centered approach and is friendly and personable. Lauren (PT-A) was great as well. The at-home exercises are super helpful, and CJ printed step-by-step instructions for me to follow. If I have other PT needs, I will definitely return to this location.

CJ was my PT for after my rotator cuff repair surgery. It was a pretty nasty tear to begin with, and the recovery was painful. CJ knew how to push me through the exercises as comfortably as possible, and I always made a tremendous amount of progress after each session. He also knew what I was able to do at home, and encouraged the appropriate exercises once I gained full mobility back. I would go back to this facility for any help I need in the future. Also, compliments to his assistant Lauren. She was very nice and motivating. I really looked forward to seeing them at each appointment and miss the visits. The scheduling was also flexible, which I appreciated.
