just had bud and bill install a furnace and air conditioner. those two dod a GREAT job and left my house just as it was when they got there, except cooler! highly recommend R.N. Smith for install service or any maintenance service
Placed an after hours call on a Friday evening at 8 PM. Mike was at our house within 30 minutes and had our furnace working again in 15. He was very friendly, reliable and efficient. Great customer service.
Always honest, professional and timely. I have used for repairs and new replacements and I am always completely satisfied with the service received as well as the explanation of what is going on.
