I have been going to Luxury Nails & Spa for almost 3 years now. I almost always get a gel pedicure and gel balance with design on a couple of fingers. Selena is usually the one who does my nails, though I have had them done by others and they all do a good job. They are always willing to try whatever picture I bring in to them. Prices are comparable to other salons in the Lancaster & Columbus area. What keeps me coming back is the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the salon and the quality of the work they do.
For years I had a hard time finding a nail studio that I liked, but then a friend recommended luxury nails and spa, and I haven’t left since! Lina is the best and does the best work! She’s always so patient and kind and gets my nails done very quickly - thanks Lina!
First time going here and it was the best experience ever! First of all they was so nice and was able to fit me in before they close; the lady that did my nails sits at table 4 her name is also kayle and she is amazing! She keep making sure i liked how they looked through the whole process and she told me the price before she even started which i loved! Just an overall great experience and will definitely be back!! 10/10😝
