Sale of our house was a great experience with Jennifer! The listing visit was thorough and she provided suggestions as to how we could improve it in subtle ways that would catch the buyers eye. The write-up listing was accurate and prompt. She informed us promptly when we had a showing scheduled so that we would be prepared and accommodating. She was spot on with the listing price and we received an excellent offer which we accepted. And to top it off she was pleasant and friendly!
