Elite serviced my septic system 3 years ago. Since then, the aerator pump degraded to the point where it no longer aerated. I contacted Will at Elite, with the intention of buying a new pump. Rather than charge me $800 for a new pump, Will showed me how to clean the old one and restore its operability. He also taught me that this cleaning can and should be done every six months by everyone who owns a septic system. Thanks, Will!

We had a clogged septic system, I knew very little about our septic system as this was our first. We called around and nobody was available for weekend hours and Emergency pumping, I called and the owner answered and told me he would be there that afternoon. Him and his partner Mike showed up, pumped my system, and educated me on my system and all its components. They were thorough, knowledgeable, and took extreme pride in their work. Very rarely do I see contractors anymore that takes such pride in what they do. I am an elite customer for life.
