I can’t say enough great things about Cassie at the Lock loft! She’s the one stylist I’ve ever worked with who has given me above & beyond what I expect. Beautiful work with highlights, and I can always be confident I’ll be content with the outcome! The store itself is gorgeous and staff is so friendly! Prices are reasonable, I highly recommend this place, ask for Cassie!

Picking a new stylist is daunting, but Dyanne (@hairby_dyanne) was so easy to communicate with in the days leading up to the appointment AND sitting in her chair. Come in with a vision and she will make it happen for you, checking in with you along the way. Left happy with a refreshed color + cut, bonus points for a for a clean salon with tons of other genuinely happy stylists and customers.

I had a great experience going to Jessica! At my first appointment, she gave a great cut and I had some color added to give some dimension. When I got home, I just felt the color was off. Not a huge deal, but I hate bugging to get it adjusted. I shouldn’t have worried though - Jessica answered me right away and got me in ASAP knowing I had a wedding to go to! She was incredibly accommodating and did a few rounds of toner which absolutely did the trick. I want to add that her technique was great to begin with, just that the color didn’t sit right with my natural color.
