I always love coming here. I love the staff, the space, and it's close to my house so it's very convenient for me. All the techs are so nice, and they do fabulous work. I do wish they had more parking, but I was told the salon owner next door tows cars without warning if someone parks in one of their spots. In fact, a lot of the negative reviews for Glossy are probably clients of that salon trying to cause drama. That salon never seems to be that busy IMO, but Glossy is ALWAYS busy- and there's a reason- it's because they're freaking great!
Glossy is as Glossy does. During an entire snowstorm too! Roads? Closed. Snow? Thicker than frozen peanut butter. Lad? Snow pants dragging to the floor. Meg? Smiling through it all as she glides through her perfectly maintained nail shop. Glossy is the standard of care and quality for their guests through and through. I believe they can and will run the world someday.
If I could give them 20 stars, I would!!! Glossy has the best talent, kindest people, amazing environment, just all around amazing establishment that supports and loves their community. They keep my natural nails so long and strong (photos attached!) and actually CARE about the condition of my nails unlike so many other places. They give plenty of time in each appointment to do amazing, quality work where you don’t just feel like a number coming into get your nails done, you’re actually cared for! Glossy Gang for life 🩷 if you’re thinking of going here, what the heck are you waiting for!!!
