John is the best. So nice to find a top notch watch and jewelry place, trustworthy, fast, probably how it was 30 or 40 years ago, hard to find this kind of quality today. Really glad we still have this place at least. Can’t say enough nice things.

Had taken my necklace for my wedding to a couple place and then came to Gianna’s. They did an amazing job adding length and amazing customer service. Very trustworthy and will be back!

They have repaired a few items for me including my 100+ yr old ring. Put batteries in my watch a few times. Friendly. Bought custom made anniversary ring for my wife. Beautiful job.
