Mel went above and beyond today to help me for a redo of my frames. My prescription has changed so much since my eye surgery that my old glasses weren’t acceptable but she found a work around and my new glasses should be ready in a few weeks. 10/10 customer service today and the last time I was in as well. Highly recommend

If I could give this place ten stars out of five I would! My son and I have had a great experience every time we’ve come for an appointment. They have helped with contacts, eyeglass fittings, and even helped us when our glasses have broken. I highly recommended.

I had a very pleasant experience today at Eyenstein’s Optical. Keenan was very conversational with a pleasant friendly personality. We even shared some laughs while I was selecting my frames. Down to earth atmosphere here. Greeted nicely by the young lady at the front desk. I have never seen baby eyewear before, I was so impressed with their huge selection of colors and styles. It’s so super cute!!!! I recommend coming here for your eye care needs. Great selection of frames to choose from. The service is outstanding!
